Three decades ago, Ch. Iftikhar envisioned a seminal model in B2C services to reach a larger strata of Pakistani society and upgrade their lifestyle through affordable, international-standard home accessories sold through fitting installment plans.
This value-centric vision gave birth to MGC (Mian Group of Chakwal) and Mian Electronics in 1990. Today, MGC operates more than 100 national outlets, having provided uncountable lifestyle choices to Pakistanis across every province.
Inspired by this legacy of trust, Ch. Nouman Iftikhar son of Ch. Iftikhar expanded the group's mission into real estate with the founding of MGC Developments. The mandate was clear: address the housing needs of Pakistanis and create valid, rewarding real estate solutions for every income level.
