MGC Developments was founded by Ch. Nouman Iftikhar, its Chairman & CEO and the son of Ch. Iftikhar, whose vision gave birth to Mian Group of Chakwal (MGC) and Mian Electronics in 1990. Ch. Nouman Iftikhar expanded the group's mission into real estate to address the housing needs of Pakistanis and create real estate solutions for every income level.
MGC Developments is backed by Mian Group of Chakwal, which began in 1990 and today operates more than 100 national outlets. The developer lists 300+ professional realtors and two Presidential awards. Its projects include MGC-5 in Phase 7 Bahria Town, listed as delivered, and MGC Divine in Phase 8 Bahria Town, whose grey structure is complete.
