- Connect and manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content on connected social media accounts.
- Generate AI-powered captions, hashtags, and content metadata.
- View analytics and engagement data for connected accounts.
- Manage community interactions including comments and direct messages.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
5. Third-Party Platform Integrations
The Service integrates with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. By connecting these platforms, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of each connected platform.
- You authorize MGC Developments to access and use the permissions you grant during OAuth authorization solely to operate the Service features you request.
- We are not responsible for platform API changes, account suspensions, or content removals carried out by those platforms.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your content meets each platform's standards.
Meta Platforms Notice: Use of our Facebook and Instagram integration is subject to Meta's Platform Terms at developers.facebook.com/terms. You must not use our Service to publish content that violates Meta's policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content; violate any applicable law or platform policy; infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights; publish hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content; attempt unauthorized access to any system; or resell the Service without written consent.
7. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant MGC Developments a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated captions, hashtags, and content suggestions are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. MGC Developments is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without review.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of MGC Developments. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, or that third-party platform integrations will remain unchanged.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGC Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
